Life coaching is about helping you figure out what truly matters to you and how to make it happen. Together, we’ll uncover your values, strengths, and direction. You’ll leave with a clearer vision, a positive mindset, and the confidence to take action. No fluff, no fuss—just real support when you need it. Some people find one session is enough, while others return for extra guidance. It’s all about what works best for you. After your first session, if you feel you’d like another within 3 weeks, I will take $20 off.
Absolutely—it’s completely normal to feel nervous before your first session. You might wonder if your concerns are ‘big enough’ or worry about being judged. But coaching is a safe, supportive space where you can share openly. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you move forward with confidence.
The best coaching happens when there’s a genuine connection. If my approach feels right to you, chances are we’ll work well together. No pressure—just an open, honest conversation.
I keep my schedule flexible, but sessions can book out quickly. If you’re keen to start, reach out, and I’ll do my best to fit you in.
I believe coaching should be accessible, so I offer 40-minute sessions for $99. It's a small investment for clarity, motivation, and real change.
